Back by overwhelming demand, we’re pleased to announce that the Solo PR Summit – the only in-person conference hosted by Solo PR Pro – will return to Atlanta February 19-20, 2014, and it will be even bigger and better than ever!

Georgia Tech Conference CenterMark your calendars now to join us at the Georgia Tech Learning Center in Atlanta – a comfortable, state-of-the-art venue where we can grow our numbers slightly while preserving the intimate setting that encourages new connections and opportunities. Now with two full days of programming and even more networking opportunities and value, the 2014 Solo PR Summit is once again the only event specifically for us.

Rave Reviews for the First Summit
To say our first-ever event in 2013 was a hit with attendees would be an understatement. In response to the post-conference survey, 100% said they would want to attend in 2014, and 100% would recommend the Solo PR Summit to a friend:

Here’s just some of the feedback we received:

This was an impressive first-time event. The caliber of the speakers and quality of the attendees was phenomenal. From the stage to the audience it fully exceeded my expectations.

This was the perfect conference. Value for money and totally geared to my needs as a solo PR professional.

A fabulous first-time conference for the solo communications consultant — whether PR, Advertising or Social Media oriented — this was a great place to learn how to run your business more effectively, service your clients better and meet folks you could network with and possibly do business with in the future.

I expected a great conference, but not one of the most useful events I’d ever been to. It exceeded expectations on every level.

We plan to continue exceeding expectations in 2014 — we’re producing an event that provides value at every turn.

Speak at the Summit
Last year’s Solo PR Summit schedule included internationally-known speakers Mark W. Schaefer, Kevin Dugan, Sarah Evans, Arik Hanson, Kami Huyse, Tom Martin, Jeremy Porter, Heather Whaling, and many more thought leaders. If you or someone you know can share case studies, best practices, and in-depth how-tos on public relations, entrepreneurship, and related topics with our savvy attendees, please encourage them to submit a speaking proposal. The deadline is August 16, 2013. Deadline extended to August 30!

Note that speaker submissions will be shared with others as part of a voting process, but not in a typical “vote for me”-type panel picker system. We’ll be gathering input exclusively from Solo PR PRO Premium members and 2013 Solo PR Summit attendees – those most likely to attend will help shape the content for this conference!

Sponsor the Summit
Also, 2014 Solo PR Summit sponsorship opportunities are now available! Get in touch with Karen Swim via our Contact Us form today.

Registration will open next month, so stay tuned for details. If you have any thoughts or suggestions for the event, please let us know in the comments, and make sure you’re signed up for the Solo PR Pro newsletter to get all the news and updates.

We’ll see you again in Atlanta, February 19-20, 2014!
